Key Responsibilities of the Position.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the company's operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.

• Digital Sales Expertise: Drive and optimize digital sales channels, leveraging advanced knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce to increase revenue.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback.

• Growth and Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base and market share in the USA.

• P&L Responsibility: Oversee the financial performance of the company's managing the P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

• In-Office Leadership: Maintain a strong, full-time presence in the office to foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective team communication.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure cohesive and aligned business strategies.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the telecommunications or digital sales industry.

• Extensive knowledge of digital sales strategies and tools, with a track record of driving online revenue growth.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.

• Excellent team leadership and people management skills, with a focus on driving performance and accountability.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Willingness to work full-time from the office to maintain a hands-on leadership approach.
