Enterprise Architect | Bonita Springs, FL (Onsite) Relocation Package Included.Department: Information TechnologyWork Type: Full-time | Onsite, Monday–FridayCompensation: $150K–$175K base + 15% bonus + relocation assistance + full benefitsMSH has partnered with a Fortune 1000 leader in the construction equipment rental industry on their search for an Enterprise Architect.This organization is in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation, modernizing both customer-facing applications and internal operational systems. The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in shaping the architecture that supports eCommerce platforms, ERP integrations, cloud environments, and AI initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise-level systems across eCommerce, ERP, telematics, and AI imaging initiatives.Oversee frontend, backend, and cloud development for large-scale, customer-facing, and internal applications.Drive adoption of modern cloud-native architectures using AWS, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Research, evaluate, and implement AI and machine learning solutions, including computer vision, neural networks, and LLMs.Collaborate with business and engineering teams to productize in-house solutions and strengthen the company’s digital ecosystem.Provide mentorship and establish architectural best practices and governance across the IT organization.Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture and development.Proven background in eCommerce platforms, ERP integrations, and telematics or IoT systems.Strong technical expertise with AWS services, microservices, event-driven design (Kafka, MQTT), and containerization tools.Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or similar).Experience with AI/ML or computer vision technologies is highly desirable.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Why This OpportunityInfluence the digital future of a Fortune 1000 enterprise undergoing significant transformation.Lead initiatives across eCommerce, AI, cloud, and telematics at enterprise scale.Collaborate within a high-performing IT organization of 100+ professionals, with a direct digital team of 10.Relocation assistance available to Bonita Springs, FL.Competitive compensation package with bonus and comprehensive benefits.
