Senior Business Process Engineer


Our client is a private equity company based in Boston MA looking to hire a Senior Business Process Engineer. This individual will be responsible for leading operating model design and continuous improvement initiatives for coming-to-market and new private-market product offerings. The ideal candidate has experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations with excellent facilitation, and verbal and written communication. This role requires 2-3 days a week onsite.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive gap analysis, future state design, and implementation execution
  • Partner with business and technology team members
  • Develop and implement new operating models across the chain of capital
  • Ensure highly productive discussions and outcomes by defining agendas and clearly outlining objectives
  • Facilitate executive-level collaboration sessions
  • Build project and process documentation content for audiences varying from business customer use to executive committees
  • Define and deliver improvement initiatives against agreed upon timelines and scope by leading project plans and execution routines


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience; Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Experience with new product introduction and launch as well as business process mapping and design
  • Lean Six Sigma black belt certification is preferred
  • PMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plus
