Retail Distribution Center - Receiving Supervisor (2nd Shift Mon - Fri; 5:30pm - 2:00am)
What Will You Do?
The Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Ashley Associates; with focus on motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team. This position will be responsible for engaging the team to ensure they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and productivity. The RDC Supervisor will provide their associates with the tools needed for success. This position must drive productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem solving.
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics or related field or equivalent work experience, Desired
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing and/or delivery or related area, Required
- Company-issued industrial vehicle license, or ability to obtain within 30 days, Required
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen Process Improvement methodology
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Action Oriented - dedicated to making and meeting deadlines

Corporate Social Responsibility
Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $24.00 - $33.00.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
Benefits: When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs which includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 80 hours paid vacation and 40 hours of California Paid Sick Leave.
