Executive Learning Facilitator, Coach & Client Relationship Practitioner

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to join our team as an Executive Learning Facilitator, Coach, & Client Relationship Practitioner.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role at Bell Leadership, collaborating closely with our training and business development teams to ensure an exceptional experience for clients before, during and after programs. You will support with identifying, cultivating, and nurturing client relationships by tailoring custom leadership development plans that will further their personal development and organizational success. This position encompasses various aspects of client engagement, including facilitation of small group conversations during programs, ongoing leadership coaching, building and sustaining business relationships, identifying client needs, and enhancing the overall client experience through trainer and program support. Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business and client or professional services. Coaching certification or prior facilitation experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sincere commitment to helping others.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influence decision-making, and expand client connections.
  • Aptitude for identifying, cultivating, and developing new client and revenue opportunities within programmatic work.
  • Strong strategic thinking, including the ability to distill pertinent details from vast amounts of information and establish connections across functional areas.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team with a highly positive and can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to client, colleague, and organizational requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.



Responsibilities:


The Executive Learning Facilitator, Coach & Client Relationship Practitioner is a key contributor to our mission of building leaders who make meaningful contributions to society. Your specific duties will include:


  • Serving as a critical bridge between the training and business development teams to ensure a cohesive, seamless, strategic, and comprehensive approach to client relationships.
  • Cultivating client relationships through in-person program facilitation, coaching, and delivery of training modules.
  • Collaborating with team members on new and ongoing business requests to identify client challenges and opportunities.
  • Consulting on proposal content and other follow-up communications to communicate tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Partnering with the training and business development teams on pre-program calls to inform program design and delivery.
  • Assisting clients and trainers with any on-site programmatic requirements to ensure an exceptional training experience for program participants.
  • Documenting and archiving program and product insights for the training and marketing teams.
