Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Senior AEM Anlayst. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA/Irvine, CA (Hybrid).


Qualifications:

  • Handles web experiences for our google journeys, AEM and Salesforce. Needs someone who has hopefully used adobe optimizer. Will need to use and show others how to use adobe optimizer. AEM, salesforce, journey optimizer are main tools.
  • Current candidates have more of PM exp and have not built a landing page in the past.
  • Senior role needs to have higher level knowledge on marketing strategy, build out strategy, not main strategist, but guide, how to use and email and how to build out a journey. Team uses AEM adobe analytics and audio manager.
  • Need someone to get into AEM and build a landing page from scratch.
  • Layout, build content, QA page and deploy when ready. Email uses salesforce marketing cloud, need to be able to build email in salesforce, data extensions for lists emails get deployed to QA email.
  • Basic adobe journey optimizer building out journeys. We use action IQ, which is a journey tool, could be like adobe journey builder.
  • Everything in AEP is a plus. Open to different experiences within AEP. Journey optimizer is top.
  • Day to day: Working within AEM salesforce helping lifecycle marketing team, acquisition and retention teams build out their campaigns and journeys, meet with designers and marketing teams and building and deploying. More emails produced than web.
  • Client marketing promotional stuff. Industry doesn’t matter, can learn industry, focus on tools and skill set.
  • At least 10+ years of experience.
  • This role requires expertise in the following Adobe tools:
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Responsibilities:

  • Leverages all available resources and creative assets to build web experiences via relevant tools, including AEP, AEM, Target, and AA.
  • Leverages skills in design, writing, and user experience, to build page components, full pages, and broader experiences.
  • Works extensively with IT partners on enhancements to authoring experience, component, and template development, and determining the best approaches for delivering experiences that can’t be supported with existing capabilities.
  • Is the administrator of web configuration tools (e.g. target, AEP, AEM, etc.) that are leveraged to deliver targeted and personalized audience experiences and A/B tests.
  • Provides incremental coverage across teams as assigned to ensure releases and publishing are coordinated across sites, audiences, journeys, and campaigns.
  • Provides support to distributed authors, ensuring web experiences are built leveraging best practices and standards. (e.g. SEO, metadata, brand, tagging, etc.).
  • Works with technology teams to maintain web applications using Adobe’s Experience Manager CMS to include site architecture, custom components, and workflow development.
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams including UX and IT, enforces platform standards and processes. Supports day-to-day compliance with key build standards and metrics (e.g. page load and weight, metadata, URL best practices and redirects, etc.)
  • Collaborates extensively x-functionally to support the continuous improvement and optimization of channel processes.
  • Collaborates with others and assists in completing work assignments, as needed.
  • Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $68.19/hour to $68.19/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
