Senior Product Manager – Raleigh, NC


Our Morrisville-based client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving significant business growth through strategic product development and management. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle, market trends, and user-centered design. The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute product strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.


Our client is a growing SaaS company in the Research Triangle Park, NC area. This permanent position based in Raleigh/RTP, NC offering a competitive salary and benefit package. Our client has a hybrid office policy, currently working 1- 2 days/week in the office for candidates in the RTP area. No visa situations for these opportunities.


Senior Product Manager

Location -- Raleigh, NC area, requiring the candidate to be in or willing to relocate to this area.


What You Will Do

• Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new products to market.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.

• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Define product requirements and prioritize features, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.

• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.

• Communicate product vision and strategy across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


What You Should Have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS

environment

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and user-centered design principles.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross- functional teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.

• Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.


What Makes You a Standout

• Experience in the hospitality industry or with ERP solutions.

• Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and 3rd party partnerships.

• Experience creating analytics platforms and data visualization.

• Demonstrable portfolio of prior product/feature launches with measurable outcome-based metrics.
