Job Description:

Aquent's leading space and research client is looking to add another Part-Time Tour Guide to their growing team This talent will need to be 100% on-site in Los Angeles and this will be a Part-Time assignment. This talent will be responsible for guiding tours of the facility in support of the Visitor Program. You will be conducting tours and other Public Services and events as required.


Required Skills:

• Moderate understanding of internal job aspects and details in: communicating science and engineering concepts to children and adults.

• Public speaking with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

• Must be willing to perform a variety of specialized administrative, logistical and customer support functions or outreach activities, communications and education programs and community and Laboratory events

• Support tours as a second guide to help with check-in and movement of tours from one location to another.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $22. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
