Position Summary

We are in search of a driven and experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to join the team as a crucial contributor. In this role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the efficiency of creative design and technical production, overseeing projects from inception to finalization. Key responsibilities encompass project team collaboration, client interaction, coordination with engineering consultants, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables
  • Manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinating all aspects and estimating the scope of work and internal resources/project workflow
  • Responsible for the coordination of project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
  • Contribute/assist leadership with firm-wide architectural details and Revit standards
  • Prepares complex detailed project drawings using diverse experience and knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and advanced techniques
  • Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and the client's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and design principals on design approach and details

Required Skills, Experience & Education

  • Minimum 8-10 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field
  • Experience with Revit and Enscape
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Architectural Building systems to create Technical drawings, and 3d models following standard construction principles
  • Typologies: Public places, Institutional buildings, Multi-family, Civic, and cultural buildings would be most relevant all other typologies accepted too

  • Team player, and mentor to jr design staff

Nice to have

  • Professional Architectural License
  • Maintain additional design professional credentials (AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, WELL AP, EDAC, etc.)
