Cervitude™ Intelligent Relations Consulting is a full-service consulting and contracting firm based in Shelton, CT. Established in 2012, we initially focused on micro cap and penny stock investor relations. Over time, we expanded our expertise to include business planning, business development, ecommerce and IOT consulting, as well as social media narketing and intellectual property consulting. Role Description

This is a summer internship role at Cervitude Intelligent Relations. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects related to investor relations consulting, business planning, business development, marketing, ecommerce, social media, and intellectual property consulting. You will collaborate with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience, and making valuable contributions to our client projects. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working primarily in our Shelton, CT office, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of investor relations, business planning, ecommerce, and intellectual property concepts
  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (business, finance, marketing, communications, etc.)
  • No experience necessary but previous internship or work experience in related fields is a plus
  • Good attitude, professionalism and punctuality.
The Internship is 10 weeks and runs from June to August. The Internship contract will pay $5,000 total with five payments of $1,000 twice monthly as a 1099 contractor.
