As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic cybersecurity team focused on ensuring operational excellence and risk mitigation within the IAM, risk, compliance, and audit domains. You will play a critical role in providing analytical support, executing internal control disciplines, and supporting testing and quality assurance initiatives across various cybersecurity projects. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with engineering and development teams to resolve issues and present your findings to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to execute internal control discipline and maintain operational excellence within the Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Functions (ECF).
  • Execute playbooks such as test plans and test scripts to assess the effectiveness of key controls.
  • Gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness of mitigation plans, ensuring accuracy in execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Prepare documentation for tracking, monitoring, and escalating risk-related issues.
  • Present project updates, findings, and status reports to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, LOB, or ECF, with a focus on cybersecurity, IAM, or related fields such as risk, compliance, and audit.
  • Proven Quality Assurance (QA) experience, including hybrid automation and manual testing.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLookUp, report automation, and data validation.
  • Experience in executing playbooks, developing test plans, and organizing test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with financial services and regulatory environments.

Bonus Skills and Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in test planning, test case development, and defect tracking/reporting.
  • Strong skills in test data management.
  • Program or project management experience, especially in cybersecurity or IAM domains.
  • Portfolio management experience.
