Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Fundraising at Autism Cares Foundation located in Southampton, PA. The Director of Fundraising will be responsible for leading and managing the fundraising activities, developing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing fundraising events and campaigns.
Including:
• Create and execute all annual fundraising efforts, business plan and budget that supports the organizations strategic vision and yearly goals
• Liaises with divisional management teams weekly to stay informed of progress, current and needed activities and programs to develop relevant funding campaigns that will support those activities and programs
• Build strategic donor relationships from both private and public (business) sectors within our surrounding areas while maintain and growing current ones
• Communicate with donors, sponsors and staff via phone, email, in person and/or social media in a timely manner
• Develop, track and report on all fundraising revenue resources
• Manage donor databases, virtual fundraising/giving programs and portals i.e., matching gifts, payroll deduction, etc.
• Responsible for all donor/sponsor recognition and outreach communications
• Manage, execute and meet fundraising campaigns and goals for all events, such as an annual charity gala, Race, golf tournaments, bingo, ACF scholarship/awards and other fundraising activities. Includes venue, planning, determining resource needs, marketing, on-site coordination, and post event follow up
• Create and execute marketing strategies and communications using social media and other tactics to promote fundraisers and events keeping donors and the IDD community informed of upcoming activities.

• Management and/or leadership experience
• Experience keeping composure in stressful situations
• Experience observing and interpreting soft skills
Communication:
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills able to articulate clearly and concisely
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork
Organizational/Business Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing
• Problem solving skills
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to execute and follow up on commitments and timelines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook, and various fundraising platforms (Give Smart, Little Green Light, Payment Spring, & Run Sign up)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or fundraising outreach/development related fields or 5 or more years proven work experience
• Management and/or leadership experience
• Event planning experience
Other Requirements:
• Current security clearances (PA child abuse, Criminal and FBI Fingerprinting)
• Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver’s license
