Job Description: We're looking for a Practice Manager to be the backbone of our clinic's operations. From coordinating schedules to ensuring smooth patient flow, you'll be the one ensuring everything runs purr-fectly.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory management to keep our supplies well-stocked.
  • Foster a positive work environment where tails wag and people smile.
  • Handle client inquiries with a smile because even the toughest questions can't ruffle your feathers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations because we play by the book.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, veterinary management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing your cool.
  • A genuine love for animals (bonus points if you have a favorite pet joke to share during lunch breaks).
