Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Geography Teacher at The Wight Foundation. The Geography Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, teaching geography concepts to students, and providing education and guidance in a college preparatory boarding school environment located in Newark, NJ.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher with expertise in Geography
  • Experience in lesson planning and teaching
  • Strong knowledge and passion for education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and engage students
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Additional certifications or advanced degrees in Geography or Education are beneficial
