We are a family-owned, small outpatient private practice servicing the south shore of Massachusetts, providing exceptional, individualized care to a variety of injuries and diagnoses across all ages.


Job title: Physical Therapist. Full or part-time positions will be considered.


Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Evaluation of new and current patients

·       Supervision of PT assistants and other support staff

·       Collaboration with front office team regarding scheduling and planning

·       Maintenance of work space and equipment

·       Communication with members of patients’ care teams, including other medical professionals

·       Participation in weekly staff meetings to optimize patient care, office flow, and improve procedures


Additional Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

·       Blogging

·       Social media

·       Marketing and outreach

·       Presentations to the community

·       Development of new programs

·       Acquiring new skills or certifications to broaden our clinic’s expertise


Qualifications:

·       Physical therapy degree from an accredited university

·       Valid PT license in the state of Massachusetts

·       A team attitude

·       Strong clinical reasoning skills

·       Must be available for some mornings and some afternoon/evenings

·       Knowledge or interest in manual therapy, facilitative/corrective exercises, or sports PT are preferred
