Responsibilities of the Moving Sales Executive:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals specifically within the commercial sector.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their moving requirements and preferences.
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of commercial clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals for the company.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client moves and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company to contribute to overall revenue goals.


Requirements of the Moving Sales Executive:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or private sales within the moving industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
