Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Senior Procurement Systems and Process Specialist for our client. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape procurement strategies by supporting and optimizing the Source-to-Pay platform. Leverage your expertise in procurement systems to lead crucial enhancements, ensure seamless processes, and provide strategic guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement technology, seeking to make a significant impact within a large organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Source-to-Pay platform, including supplier diversity and vendor risk management.
  • Establish relationships with key business stakeholders to develop efficient, user-friendly processes.
  • Analyze existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the Source-to-Pay solution.
  • Assist in system design, configuration, and parameter setup to meet evolving requirements.
  • Lead post-implementation support, including enhancements, bug fixes, and approval workflows.
  • Drive catalog and contract strategy execution, ensuring system alignment with procurement goals.
  • Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on software usage.
  • Lead Supplier Network Module efforts to onboard 80% of incumbent vendors within the first 12 months.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in project management, operations, or IT administration.
  • In-depth understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance issues (regulatory, SOX, etc.).
  • Finance or procurement background, or experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
  • Advanced certifications in Project Management, Sourcing, or Procurement are beneficial.
  • Strongly prefer experience or certification with Source-to-Pay software (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Ivalua).
