Contract - 06+ Months with possible extension


Job Description:


Required Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Expertise in procurement, including regional and global market understanding, procurement guidelines, supplier relationship management, and risk management.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Procurement, specifically within the Marketing category (creative agency, digital agency, media, and brand promotion).
  • Pharma experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with predefined thresholds.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all suppliers are covered by active contracts, in collaboration with Category Managers and Global Legal.
  • Prioritize and align tasks based on cost, timeline, or complexity with internal Global Procurement stakeholders.
  • Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering high-quality results.
