In this role, you will work across global lines to business partner with different segments, regions, and individuals to compile, interpret, and communicate P&L forecasts, balance sheet metrics, and cash flow projections. You will drive continuous improvement and provide deeper insights into these processes on a global scale.


Responsibilities

  • Utilize three-financial statement modeling to compile, build, and continuously challenge P&L's, Cash flow forecasts, balance sheet and income statements
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, facilitate period-end discussions with FP&A leads, and bridge global results against projections for clear, concise insights.
  • Support the preparation of the Global annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecasts- P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Prepare periodic scenario and sensitivity analyses with financial models.
  • Work collaboratively across Finance functions to perform analysis and forecasts.
  • Oversee aspects of the multi-year strategic planning and annual detailed budgeting processes, implementing standard procedures.
  • Maintain close collaboration with various global project team members, diligently integrating their findings, themes, and results into broader business outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Econ or related field
  • 1+ years in leadership experience
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, FDD, TAS, Investment banking or relevant fields
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP or others
  • CPA, CFA and MBA are a plus
