Responsibilities may include:

  • Handle a busy front desk.
  • Check in and greet visitors to the office.
  • Schedules appointments.
  • Conference room bookings.
  • Gives information to callers.
  • Assist with event set up.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes.
  • Catering point-of-contact for events.
  • Inventory.
  • Researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports.
  • Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
