- Oversee the physical movement of SQL Server instances to new data centers, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Configure and optimize network, storage, and compute resources in the new data center to support SQL Server workloads
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and application compatibility in the new environment.
- Strong Database Administration experience
- Skilled SQL Server Admin with a proven track record in managing and optimizing clustered SQL Server environments
- Proficiency in using data migration tools like SSIS, SSMA, or third-party solutions
- Proficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify solutions.
