The Sulfur Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our project management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that vary in nature, including:

  • Brand Identity Strategy and Design
  • Pitch Deck Content and Design
  • Website Design and Development
  • Digital Marketing and Advertising, Paid and Organic
  • Influencer Marketing Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure project deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with project management team to identify and manage project risks
  • Maintain project databases and project management tools
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and data entry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Asana or Trello
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
