Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Solutions Architect to design and implement IT services, solutions, and infrastructure that align with our business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the architecture of complex systems and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure our technology landscape supports our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect IT Solutions: Design and develop comprehensive IT architecture solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Technology Evaluation: Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to evaluate current systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement modern technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations, to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams, ensuring best practices in system design, integration, and implementation.
  • Solution Integration: Ensure that IT solutions are integrated seamlessly across the organization, considering both existing and new technologies.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT architecture, including diagrams, technical specifications, and processes.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions into the organization’s technology stack.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the organization’s IT infrastructure remains cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Compliance: Ensure all IT solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and infrastructure management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in cloud computing, network architecture, cybersecurity, database management, and software development methodologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar are highly desirable.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
