Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.


Responsible for main tasks:


  • Creates and evaluates strategic financial models of proposed business solutions (ROI’s, Proforma’s)
  • Creates and evaluates performance scorecards of different business activities
  • Provides financial support to the operational and functional business areas they support and serves as their business partner.
  • Provides proactive guidance on business performance and appropriate financial solutions.
  • Analyzes complex business and financial issues, summarize and communicate them effectively to their respective internal customers.
  • Creates new processes and leads process improvements on large scale cross functional projects.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual planning process and incorporate benchmarks / KPIs into the planning process.
  • Creation of monthly financial reports for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to ensure consistency in reporting and understanding of overall variances.
  • Provides assistance with the creating of financial models of “what if” scenarios for business planning decisions relative to new products, new territories, new projects and other important aspects of the Company’s business.
  • Performs various basic general accounting duties including preparing journal entries and preparing account reconciliations.

Required skills:

  • Degree in Business – Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 2-5 years professional experience in financial planning or financial related business experience
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application
  • Ability to perform financial modeling
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Power Point and the ability to work effectively in multiple business information systems.
  • Familiarity with other tools such as SAC, AFO, SQL
  • Ability to perform financial modeling
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and written oral communication skills.
