JD Edwards Programmer/Analyst

Job Summary:

As a JDE Programmer/Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions within our ERP system. You will customize, develop, and integrate JD Edwards (JDE) modules, ensuring that solutions align with ERP best practices. Your expertise in JDE development tools, integration techniques, and project management will be critical to driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs that follow ERP standards.
• ERP Development: Customize and develop ERP modules and automations using JDE programming languages and development tools (such as OMW, FDA, RDA, BSFN, NER, BI Publisher, and Orchestrator) to meet business needs.
• System Integration: Develop and implement integrations between JDE and other enterprise applications, Cloud services, and databases using REST and SOAP web services.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage ERP development projects, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• JDE Development Expertise: Proficient in JD Edwards development tools, including OMW, FDA, RDA, BSFN, NER, BI Publisher, and Orchestrator.
• Integration Development: Strong experience with integration and web services, specifically REST and SOAP.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, with solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage ERP development projects, including scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• ERP Best Practices: Knowledge of ERP standards and best practices, particularly in JD Edwards environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of ERP experience in areas such as master data management, data integration, and business intelligence, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application development experience with tools such as Orchestrator and ETL solutions.
