Position Summary & Responsibilities

The SAP Signavio Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for the techno-functional support, administration, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Signavio platform. This role will lead the deployment of SAP Signavio capabilities. It also involves managing the platform to ensure it meets business needs, supporting users, and driving process improvement initiatives.

This role will be responsible for leading the deployment of the SAP Signavio tools & capabilities. You will analyze technical and process requirements to configure & enable system and data integration between client’s application landscape and the Signavio solutions platform. You will create business requirements and technical requirements to translate into configurations of the Signavio solutions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and practitioners to contribute to BPMN and Signavio knowledgebase and to develop and adopt methodologies and best practices.

In this role, you will advise Process Owners and Process Leads on how to leverage the Signavio to operationalize continuous process transformation. You will serve as the internal consultant and expert for Signavio process mining capabilities and methodologies.

Lead the installation and configuration of the SAP Signavio platform. Ensure the configuration encompasses the current and future business requirements.

Platform Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the SAP Signavio platform. Manage and maintain the platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Business Partnership: Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and evaluate potential use cases for SAP Signavio.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional discussions between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and technical integration.

Process Optimization: Leverage SAP Signavio to drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization. Monitor platform performance and user adoption, making recommendations for enhancements or additional training as needed.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to business users to maximize the platform’s capabilities and ensure effective use. Develop documentation, user guides, and best practices to support ongoing platform usage.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest SAP Signavio features and updates, assessing their potential impact on the organization. Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to the platform and related processes.

Required Education & Experience

Five (5) or more years of experience in business process transformation, across a wide range of SAP ERP or other ERPs.

Seven (7) or more years of experience designing and executing process mining activities.

Five (5) or more years of experience capturing business requirements and developing solution deployment plans and roadmaps in support of business process improvement efforts.

Experience and deep understanding of SAP Signavio.

Experience and deep understanding of ERP business processes, spanning one or more of the following business process domains: Finance, Time Management, Payroll, Logistics, Supply Planning, Procurement, Work Management, Asset Management, etc., and their typical improvement opportunities

Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience performing data and system flow analysis in support of solution design.

Excellent communication & facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business & technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Experience in training and supporting end-users is a plus.


Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical major.

Experience working in an ERP support model such as an SAP Center of Excellence or enterprise business application support team.

Involvement in the execution of at least 1 or more full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations as a System Analyst or Functional/ Process Analyst

One or more of the following certification(s)

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Signavio certification

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Process Integration S/4 HANA 1909
