The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the overall objectives of the department by applying appropriate accounting principles to transactions, reconciling and analyzing accounts, maintaining appropriate records, and supporting the business unit. This position can be hybrid

Essential Functions Performed by the Positio

  • n Timely and accurate processing of financial transaction
  • s.Prepare and maintain adequate support for all transactions and journal entrie
  • s.Participate in monthly G/L closing and preparing journal entries as require
  • d.Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts at month-en
  • d.Participate in the annual physical inventory or cycle counting proces
  • s.Assist with annual audit by external public accounting fir
  • m.Calculation and filing of sales and use taxe
  • s.Focus on continuous improvement of work with additional attention on reducing and eliminating wast
  • e.Special projects as neede
