A Fortune 200 company in Cleveland is looking to hire a PM who can help an enterprise-wide Oracle implementation. The Project Manager will be working with a data team and a specific data workstream.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Understands the complexities of Agile work environments, can influence decisions and help drive results, and helps guide assigned teams through successful completion of projects
  • Helps initiate project plans based on business requirements, inputs from subject matter experts, and associated deliverables and dependencies
  • Facilitates key cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, preparation of status reports and executive summaries, management reporting, presentation to executives, and follow-ups on key action items with appropriate business leaders and stakeholders
  • Ensures decisions made at project-related meetings are communicated, vetted and actioned upon
  • Assist with risk/issue management, including the ability to identify/elevate project risks/blockers, as well as crafting mitigation plans
  • Demonstrates operational excellence by consistently delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Coordinates with other projects and leads the assessment of inter-project dependencies and determines impact and risk to scope, budget and/or timeline
  • Work with Sr PM on project's internal and external resource management activities including vendor management; leads the negotiation and integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Facilitates project closure and retrospective process


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3+ years of overall work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Management or Scrum-related role
  • 1+ year of experience operating within a delivery team and helping to drive the execution of deliverables and project milestones.
  • Experience working with data teams and data management
  • Experience on projects involving ERP systems
  • Comfortable using Jira
  • Experience with Agile teams and Agile principles
  • Experience managing projects at an enterprise scale
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other PM-related certificates are preferred
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
