Join our forward-thinking investment firm as a Senior Software Architect and drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging modern technologies such as Python 3, .NET 6, and Java 17+ to build robust software solutions and lead groundbreaking projects.
- Design and architect high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and digital transformation objectives.
- Lead development projects from concept through deployment, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Stay hands-on with coding, using modern technology stacks including Python 3, .NET 6, Java 17, and other emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and other IT staff to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.
- Manage risks associated with software architecture, including technical debt and system scalability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architect role.
- Proven experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python 3, .NET 6, and Java 17+.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture styles, and best practices.
- Experience in leading development teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
