Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Nextflow pipelines for large-scale Spatial Omics datasets.
- Implement GPU-based parallelization to streamline computational workflows.
- Lead automation efforts to ensure scalable and reproducible data analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy automated workflows effectively.
- Iterate on pipeline enhancements for user-friendly scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics.
- 3-7 years' experience in software development and pipeline automation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of AWS, batch computing, and GitHub.
- Expertise in bioinformatics pipeline development and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered.
