Pipeline Regulatory Specialist

Insight Global is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join a large oil and gas organization in Greeley, CO. This individual will need to be a subject matter expert within PHMSA and OSHA regulations to ensure this operator is in compliance. If anything is not compliant, this individual will be responsible for determining the correction plan and monitoring the plan to completion within a specified timeline to hit deadlines. This includes working cross-functionally between various internal departments like Surface Assurance, Maintenance/Reliability, Pipeline Management, Training, etc. to communicate the correction plan, monitor the group and ensure they are on track. Due to this, it's crucial this person has great communication and soft skills, as well as project/time management abilities. Additionally, there is a PSM facility governed by OSHA that has a backlog of compliance projects that need to be completed prior to the audit that takes place next year that this person will be driving as well.

Required Skills and Experiences

- Subject matter expert knowledge of PHMSA (10+ years of experience working with it).

- Strong knowledge of OSHA for PSM facilities.

- Oil and gas experience ideally, but PSM facility experience could also work.

- Strong project and time management skills
