Treatment / Patient Care Coordinator Position


If you are seeking a dental practice to use your talent and experience to provide exceptional patient care,

we are looking for you


Chroma Dental is a privately owned, comprehensive, quality care dental practice in need of a Treatment /

Patient Care Coordinator to work with our business team, clinical team and remote billing team to create

a seamless clinical and financial workflow for our patients.

Ideal Candidate will:

● Have a high level of experience in dentistry, perhaps a hygienist or assistant looking to transition

into a less intensive clinical role.

● Be able to show patients the photos, radiographs, scans to support the developed treatment

plan.

● Review treatment plans with the patients, work with the patients to find financial arrangements

that work for the patients and the practice, and then schedule the appointments while confirming

their commitment to treatment.

● Have experience with insurance and self-pay workflows.

● Possess the ability and knowledge to work with our patients face to face to help facilitate

excellent care and efficient delivery of services.

This person will also assist our business team with:

● Answering the phones

● Entering patient information

● Running and balancing end of day reports

● Keeping the AR current

● Verifying and filing dental Insurance

● Collecting and handling outstanding claims

● Answering patient questions about insurance, balance and other inquiries.
