Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare client to fill a healthcare sourcer position. The healthcare sourcer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a ready pool of candidates by effectively using recruitment technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing sourcing strategies, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and collaborating closely with recruiters to support the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each open position.
  • Build and maintain a pool of candidates using various recruitment methods including cold calling, networking, email blasts, text campaigns, and hosting recruitment events.
  • Support recruiters by identifying potential candidates and conducting initial screenings.
  • Schedule qualified candidates for further interviews with recruiters.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive data to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain tracking reports to monitor recruitment activity and candidate flow.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in marketing, communications, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, and texting software.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
