Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Ellwanger Henderson LLLP. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions to support the litigation team in their casework. Must have significant experience with personal injury work and be fluent in Spanish.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with Personal Injury work
  • Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
  • Proficiency in Legal Research
  • Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
