Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing high-profile projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in BIM/VDC will be crucial in ensuring efficient project planning, coordination, and execution. You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals, managing all aspects of construction projects to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize BIM/VDC technology to optimize project planning, design, and coordination.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably with an ENR Top 20 Firm.
  • Strong expertise in BIM/VDC technology and its application in construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
