Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D to meticulously draft and annotate plan, profile, and detail sheets for construction plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD standards, Civil 3D label styles, sheet set manager, and drawing setup.
  • Execute redlines for the modification of existing plans, notes, or the creation of new design elements.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of alignments, profiles, surfaces, and pipe networks.
  • Compile all necessary components to produce comprehensive construction plan sets, including plans, profiles, notes, and detail sheets.


Job Requirements:

  • Hold a technical degree or certification in CAD software, coupled with relevant AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
  • Accumulate 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction layout for survey, including the preparation of site plans for commercial and/or residential projects.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic conducive to collaborative environments.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness when executing multi-step tasks.
  • Have prior experience collaborating with surveyors and contractors on various land development projects.
  • Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to meeting deadlines.
