We are seeking a local highly skilled and creative Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually compelling and engaging video content. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of video editing techniques.This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Maple Grove, a suburb of Minneapolis.The right candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and brings energy and clarity to the role. Responsibilities:


  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storylines, and overall video production strategy.
  • Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips,
  • Utilize advanced video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create high-quality videos.
  • Perform green screen keying and other visual effects as needed.
  • Add graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including producers, directors, and graphic designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and technologies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • In-depth knowledge of green screen keying techniques and other visual effects.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field preferred.
