The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing product launches, managing the creation of compelling marketing collateral, and leading demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and customer engagement for our AI semiconductor products. This role requires a blend of project management, creative content development, and experience with digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, organized marketer with a passion for delivering measurable marketing results.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Launch Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans.
  • Define and track key launch milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure a seamless and impactful product introduction.
  • Coordinate launch events, product demos, webinars, and other marketing activities.

Marketing Collateral Development:

  • Create and manage high-quality marketing materials, including product brochures, data sheets, presentations, white papers, case studies, and website content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling visuals and videos that highlight product features and use cases.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and technical accuracy.

Content Strategy & Management:

  • Own and maintain the content calendar for product marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage digital channels (website, email, social media, etc.) to promote content and measure performance.

Demand Generation Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads for our AI semiconductor products.
  • Use a mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including email marketing, content syndication, paid advertising (PPC), and social media campaigns, to attract potential customers and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize for conversions, and adjust tactics to maximize return on investment (ROI) and lead generation goals.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure the efficient handoff of qualified leads.


Go-to-Market (GTM) Support:

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, working closely with the sales and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Assist in creating and executing targeted campaigns for industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide sales enablement materials, including product messaging guides, FAQs, and competitive analysis.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in AI and semiconductor technologies.
  • Provide insights to inform product development, positioning, and messaging strategies.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

  • Regularly communicate launch progress, marketing performance metrics, campaign insights, and lead generation results to key stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and presentations that track the effectiveness of marketing activities, product launches, and demand generation campaigns.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Engineering education and specialization in AI technology marketing is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B technology or semiconductor industries, preferably with a focus on AI, edge computing, or embedded systems.
  • Proven experience managing product launches, demand generation campaigns, and developing marketing collateral for highly technical products.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of product marketing, demand generation, project management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
