We provide ONLY warm leads to our Licensed Sales Agents, no cold calling

The Position: We are currently seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to provide sales and knowledge support on behalf of our industry-leading healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide a positive experience to our ACA / Major Medical eligible customers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay Starting at $1,000 weekly (Hourly Base + Commissions)

  • Customer Service Department Provided (Licensed Sales Agents only focus on selling)
  • We market to multiple states and offer insurance products year-round
  • Please note this position will require full time in-person availability. MUST reside in the state of Florida. Out of state applicants will be denied.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough qualification with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent
  • Meet monthly enrollment goals and call quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism while staying compliant within each phone call
  • Assist and answer any pertaining questions on a timely manner during enrollment process
  • Maintain carrier and coverage knowledge within the health enrollment industry
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
