⮚ Day to Day Expectations/Responsibilities:

  • Profee Coder: must have CPC certification or CCS
  • 1+ year of Nextgen or enterprise practice system experience
  • 2+ years of Coding/ Revenue Cycle experience
  • 1+ year of Arizona Access experience
  • Going to be coding Primary Care and Behavioral Health

⮚ Soft Skills—What will make a good team fit:

• Self Starter

• Ability to communicate

  • Excel experience would be helpful


⮚ Important information for role:

• Pay Rate:$26-28

• Hours: Monday- Friday 8-4:30 pm

• Onsite/Remote: Hybrid remote 2 days in office and 3 days remote

• System/s: NextGen, Enterprise Practice, and excel

• Metric standards— by 60 days they will need to be at 120 encounters per day, 30 days 100 encounter/ day, will need to start with around 75-80

• IT Information— Will need to use their personal computer equipment on the days they are remote
