Are you an account manager with experience in sales and account management in the ready-mix concrete industry? Are you looking to be a central player in strengthening the market share of an international, family-owned, and sustainably focused organization? LHH has partnered with one of Atlanta's largest suppliers in the ready-mix concrete industry in the search for a Commercial Account Manager. The ideal candidate brings in-depth knowledge of trends and client needs within the space, a year or two of demonstrated success and experience in sales, and a willingness to travel regularly to construction sites in metro-Atlanta on a weekly basis.


$80k - $100k + 20% annual bonus

Monthly car mileage pay out

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the sales department to secure profitable commercial projects and clients
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with commercial project contractors
  • Cultivate and establish strong relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Create and chase sales leads and target accounts, tracking progress and entering necessary information in the company CRM
  • Collaborate with sales management team in bids for new projects
  • Manage customer deliveries and logistics of delivery days based on production/delivery schedules
  • Prepare accurate and timely backlogs
  • Resolve conflicts and issues at job sites
  • Draft reports, miscellaneous paperwork, and sales forecasts
  • Examine, review, and provide solutions for customer issues regarding all aspects of the project including deliveries, quality, and credit


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in account management/sales in the ready-mix concrete space
  • Ability to travel to work sites within the Atlanta metro on a weekly basis during concrete pours
