About the Company:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team and provide exceptional mental health care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in various mental health counseling techniques and a passion for helping individuals with psychiatric needs.

About the Role:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

Develop personalized treatment plans for patients

Provide psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy

Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Specialize in working with children, PTSD care, and individuals with developmental disabilities

Knowledge or experience in DTMS a plus

Responsibilities:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state medical license to practice
• Credentialed with Tricare East
• Experience in providing patient care in a hospital or clinical setting
• Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Required Skills:

• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Expertise in PTSD care and trauma-informed therapy
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology for various mental health conditions
• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
