Job Title: Supply AnalystLocation: Fountain Valley, CADuration: Long-Term AssignmentPay Range: $30-$32 OverviewThe Analyst supports procurement operations by ensuring timely parts availability for OE service and accessories. This role focuses on resolving backorders, improving KPIs (e.g., aged lines, XVORs), and enhancing customer service through cross-functional collaboration and process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and resolve dealer backorders; provide ETAs and daily updates.Identify alternative parts solutions using catalogs and technical resources.Coordinate with logistics, customs, pricing, and sales to address delays.Maintain and improve SOPs; support training and documentation.Communicate KPIs, issues, and resolutions to internal teams and vendors.Generate reports and support ad-hoc analysis and special projects. Qualifications3+ years in inventory management or supply chain operations.Strong Excel skills; experience with MS Access, SQL, Word, PowerPoint preferred.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.APICS or similar certification is a plus.
