My client is on the hunt for a dynamic General Superintendent to lead their multi-family construction projects. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of multi-family environments, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and manage costs.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships.
• Travel: Ability to relocate to Amarillo or travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction supervision, with significant experience in multi-family projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willing to relocate to Amarillo or travel as needed.
