OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative individual to join us as a Junior Graphic Designer. As part of our dynamic design team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across a variety of different platforms, including digital and print media. If you’re someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment where you contribute fresh ideas and innovative designs, then this role is made for you


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with our team to create visually engaging and comprehensible graphics across multiple platforms that resonate with our audience.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of visual elements, including layout, type, and fonts.
  • Adhere to design quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain brand style and tone consistency across various channels and platforms.
  • Uphold brand integrity while efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that bolster brand coherence across all marketing channels.
  • Prepare both small and large format files - including, but not limited to business cards, labels, menus, store signage, etc.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize, design, and showcase the brand identity through compelling digital assets on webpages, social media posts, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent proven work experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required) Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of typography, layout composition, color theory, and print production.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills – open to feedback and adjusting designs accordingly.
  • Strong awareness of design and social media trends.
