OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can develop end-to-end analytics. We need someone to assist with building out our data warehouse and providing meaningful analysis to Operations leaders. Need someone with a strong SQL skillset- ability to read, write, and validate logic. This person will build data pipelines within MS SQL Server. This role would also be responsible for building dashboards in Tableau. Need someone with a creative mindset who can use information design principles to best visualize data for quick speed to insight. This person will also be asked to conduct and present analysis and recommendations on complex operational problems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large datasets from many different tools within Operations.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role
  • Data visualization skills
  • Advanced in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes
  • Understanding of data stewardship
  • Ability to validate logic with limited oversight
  • Advanced SQL
  • Ability to design and build automated workbooks in Tableau
  • Excel (although we don’t do Excel reporting, this is an important tool to know when delivering ad hoc requests)
  • PowerShell - nice to have in order to support some workarounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in an analytical field (finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, economics, natural sciences) or equivalent
