Job Description: As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage the logistics process from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and manage transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Resolve any issues or disruptions in the logistics process promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to manage and track shipments.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on logistics performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics planning, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and standards.
