customers. Project Managers will oversee and execute projects, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and applying best practices to deliver robust and effective technology solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and actively manage the delivery of projects for customers.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, service providers, and partners in the installation of solutions.
  • Source and coordinate technicians to install and deliver solutions per Affinitech practices.
  • Quickly react, adjust, improvise, and solve problems that arise during delivery and installation.
  • Work upstream with Engineering and Sales to ensure delivery considerations and effective transitions.
  • Ensure the procurement, staging, and prep of materials, supplies, and resources before implementation.
  • Utilize systems, software, and practices to execute timely delivery and implement improvements.
  • Turnover project documents and support guidelines and instructions.
  • Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships and ensure teamwork across the company.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on status, issues, roadblocks, and accomplishments.


Experience

  • 4+ Years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience in technology, security, and/or audio-visual fields is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
