What You'll Do:
As an Insurance Specialist at Pinecrest Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our client service strategy by analyzing insurance plans and determining the most suitable options for our clients based on comprehensive data analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analyzing a wide range of insurance quotes and plans to determine the best options for clients according to their needs and preferences.
- Synthesizing complex data from various sources to make informed recommendations.
- Communicating effectively with insurance carriers to gather detailed plan information and negotiate the best terms for clients.
- Preparing detailed comparison reports that clearly outline the pros and cons of each plan for client presentations.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate and current advice.
- Working closely with the sales and client onboarding teams to ensure seamless integration of new clients and maintaining excellent client relations throughout the decision-making process.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in synthesizing complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for precision.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and database software for complex data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
