What You'll Do:

  • Conduct Boundary, Topographic & ALTA/NSPS Surveys: Use state-of-the-art instruments like total stations and GPS equipment to collect accurate field data.
  • Data Processing & Analysis: Ensure compliance with NH-BOLS Standards while preparing detailed reports, plans, and drawings.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and oversee survey crew members in the field, ensuring quality work.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to bring their visions to life.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all surveying activities meet local, state, and federal regulations, while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You Bring:

  • Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS): Or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in surveying instruments and software, with strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and legal requirements.
  • Problem-Solver: Analytical skills that help you tackle challenges and deliver accurate, high-quality results.
  • Team Player & Leader: Ability to work independently and lead a crew, while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is required for fieldwork.
